	Ford 2.3 / 2.5L SOHC
	Intake Manifold Zipper Kit
	Stud installation
	Remove Intake manifold.
	Clean gasket surface on head.
	Use blue Loctite on the threads going into the head.
	Install studs using a 4mm allen wrench.
	Run them down till they bottom in the hole.
	Wipe off any excess Loctite.
	Torque to approx 14-21 Lb/Ft
	Intake Manifold installation;
	Clean intake manifold gasket surface.
	Install gasket and intake manifold.
	Install nuts and torque to 8 - 10 Lb/Ft
